Roasted pistachio are called dried pistachios that are grilled with or without the addition of a license. The physical and chemical properties of roasted pistachios are similar to those of raw dried pistachios, except for moisture. The highest moisture content of roasted pistachio is 3%.

The nutritional value of grilled pistachios

Contains nutrients such as: Carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, fats and dietary fiber. Pistachios are also rich in minerals, potassium, iron, calcium, zinc, copper and sodium. This grilled pistachio contains essential vitamins such as vitamin C, B6, A, K, thiamine, folate, choline acid and betaine.
